Shipping Information
All orders (except canvas prints and scruffs products which are despatched by an independent courier, see note below)are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force 24.
The majority of our orders are despatched on the day of receipt (if received by 2.00 p.m.). Although Royal Mail and Parcel Force aim to deliver it the next or following working day, they ask that you allow up to five working days .
"Scruffs" products will be despatched free by independent courier within seven days of order date.
Charlies handmade Dog Treats are sent 1st class Royal Mail and postage and packaging is included in the price quoted.

Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm. Affected Postcodes over 2kg:

- All GY and JE codes, for orders under 2kg are standard Royal Mail cost, the same as anywhere else in the UK.
Over 2 kg the order would go Parcel Force Euro 48hr at £17.75.
All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
Canvas Prints
Your canvas will be packaged in specially produced boxes and dispatched by courier (usually TNT or CityLink).
There is a standard UK mainland delivery charge of £11.75. Please either email us at contact@charliesdogsupplies.co.uk or telephone us on 01239 891533 to ask about delivery to remote and off shore islands of the UK.
