Returns and Cancellation Policy

If upon receiving your order (other than canvas prints), you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, please return your order in its original condition and we will reimburse you for the full value of your order. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in its original condition unless faulty within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange bespoke orders for canvas prints (statutory rights not affected) .

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless your order arrives damaged, faulty or with incorrect items.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item please advise us by email (returns@charlies dog supplies.co.uk) or phone (01239 891533) within 48 hours of delivery.

Faulty products will be replaced or where no replacement is available a refund issued including the cost of return postage.

For your security we recommend you return faulty goods by recorded delivery.

If you cancel an order and the item has not left the warehouse usually at (11am) there will be no postage charge and a full refund will be issued.

A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it (see above); if an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.

If a returned product is found not to be faulty the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If the item has to be replaced/exchanged we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement.

However the cost of posting the item to us will be your responsibility.

Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Canvas Prints

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange (statutory rights not affected) bespoke orders.

If your picture gets damaged in transit, inform us by phone on 01239 891533 or

e-mail returns@charliesdogsupplies.co.uk straight away. Return the goods within 7 days and we will refund the postage and replace your order.
